I’m thrilled to announce that VU.CITY has been named an approved supplier on the UK Government’s G-Cloud 14 framework. This milestone marks a significant step forward in making innovative planning and design tools more accessible to those who shape the future of our cities.
The planning system faces immense challenges: increasing demands for housing, pressure to create sustainable developments, and the need for efficient processes that engage communities and stakeholders. In the face of these complexities, embracing technology is no longer optional—it’s critical. Being part of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework means VU.CITY is now easier than ever to procure, enabling local authorities to work alongside architects and developers to make faster, more confident, and more transparent decisions.
The inclusion in G-Cloud 14 couldn’t come at a more pivotal time. Across the UK, local authorities are under increasing pressure to deliver results with limited resources. Through G-Cloud 14, VU.CITY is now more accessible to those tasked with balancing these competing demands. We are proud to already be working with 48 Local Planning Authorities, including 90% of London LPAs, equipping them with tools to make data-driven, collaborative decisions with speed and clarity.
