Taylor Wimpey launched their residential development at Chobham Manor, the first of five neighbourhoods to be created in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, using our pioneering digital 3D sales tools to showcase and sell the development.
We worked with the sales and marketing team at Taylor Wimpey to bring the development to life and help drive sales using VUITNOW, our market-leading interactive 3D sales and marketing tool. VUITNOW is being used in the marketing suite to showcase the development across multiple platforms, including iPads, touchscreens and a 100” touch table.
Potential buyers can use the touch tables or iPads to tour around Chobham Manor and the surrounding area, filter and search accommodation by either price or bedrooms, with results highlighted on a photo-realistic interactive 3D model of the development. They can select apartments or houses as favourites, saving and comparing floor plans and specifications to refine their selection at a later time. They can even select the apartment and see the view they will get from their new home.

With the ability to take screenshots at any stage, which are added to a gallery and can then be shared via email, this interactive tool provides a self-contained sales and marketing tool capturing all data digitally.
